Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our canvas wall art is produced on demand, returns must be requested before sending any item back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original packaging where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement free of charge
- Full or partial refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, where clearly marked as final sale
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies under our policy, we will provide a replacement or refund. If you want a different item, you can place a separate order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However, this right may not apply to made-to-order or personalized items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us so we can review the shipment and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only. After this time, orders may enter production and may not be cancellable.
