30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@yesartyes.com or through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Made-to-Order Canvas Prints
YesArtYes canvas prints are produced on demand. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless mandatory consumer rights apply in your location.
Refund Timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
