We have a 30-day issue-based return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report a problem with your order.


Returns & Eligibility

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preferences

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (free of charge)
  • Full or partial refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies under our policy, we will provide a replacement or refund.


European Union – Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.

However, please note:

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed:

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you may request:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only.

After this time, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
